I am surprised at the negative comments about Kings Gate because my experience was so positive. My apartment was quiet and spacious, the maintenance staff were very attentive and friendly (even after I locked myself out of my apt 4 times), and the building administration were always very cordial. Additionally, the community that lives in this apartment complex are very friendly.

It is also important to note that the surrounding area has everything you could want i.e. (Wegmans, P&C, Marks Pizza, Instant Oil Change, Marshalls, Pet stores, fitness centers, movie stores) all within a 2 to 5 minute drive.
