TO the person who wrote the bad review about Tracy, the office manager---my husband and I lived at Steeplechase upon our return from Hawaii, and I was more than pleased with the personal attention Tracy gave us. I dealt with her while still in Hawaii, and she was very courteous, professional, and more than willing to do whatever she could to make our transition easier. For the time we lived there, she was always available to answer any of our questions, and do whatever she could to help us. You didn't sign your name, but we are proud to sign ours.
