Not such a nice place Maybe this place use to be nice. Its like the people who run it just dont care anymore. Trash all over alcohol bottles in the grass, not doing regular maintenance. Call and speak with the manager and you might just as well talk to a wall. To get anywhere you have to argue

good stuff This apartment is great. its really big. there are alot of old people here so its quiet. parking was never a problem, and office staff is great. never used the pool. never called maintenance people but once to let me in after i locked my keys out, i think it took less then 10
