I currently live at camelot and have had many problems. We are currently looking to move out of here in the near future. My neighbors smoke all day long so the hallways are always full of smoke. Ever heard of a window or GO OUTSIDE! There are some children in my building that aren't punished at all so they are always trying to come into my apartment to see my animals, even when I'm not home. One of my other neighbors opens his door and stares at me when there is any movement in the hall... like if I was doing laundry. Forget about it! I won't go down there by myself.
To say the biggest problem would be maintence. They come in and out as they please without notifying the renter! I came out of my room one morning and there was a guy laying on my kitchen floor because my neighbor complained there was a leak. I was by myself... without any notice. After I figured out it was a guy that worked on the grounds I called the main office up and complained, saying "what if i was naked'" they said the maintence is suppost to knock real hard on the door before entering but they cant always notify the renter if there is an emergency. Eariler that year they had come in to put a cover on the air conditioner... what an emergency right'
Dont move here unless its your last option.

It's too bad that other people (former tenants) don't visit this site to write reviews. This place is bad, starting with the owners, all the way to maintenance. Owners only care about getting you to sign your lease. Management only cares about getting the rent. The maintenance guys spend more time driving around in their trucks (or their golf carts) wasting time, then the do doing actually work. Makes you wonder how they can stay in business?
