From the time we moved in the managers seemed nice but we were wrong. They gave us a plan of the property. Saying there was a beautiful playground and tennis court. What a joke. Theres no tennis court or at least it doesnt look like there ever way one. The pool looks big enough for 5 people. The playground is all run down with no good toys I found a toy there that had a huge crack and was dangerous my daughter could have gotten hurt. The playground isnt even worth taking my daughter to at all. The dog policy is ridiculous they overcharge you for your dogs I was paying 90 a month for two dogs that is outrageous. Then there is the fines for poop I was always good about cleaning my dogs mess and would get a letter for a fine for poop and it wasnt even mine. I was all excited about the door lock outside to buzz someone in from the time we moved in it didnt work. Then there was our kitchen the dishwasher wouldnt shut all the way from the beginning. The sink leaked. There was stains on the kitchen floor. In the living room the carpets were all the way down on the floor you could see under the carpet. The rooms were disgusting they said they were going to shampoo them before we move in it was clear that they didnt. My daughters room the central air and heat never worked and I would go into to find my daughters sweating or ice cold. The fans in the bathroom are loud and dont really work. The bathroom floor that was in my bedroom the tiles were pushed up and not even sealed to the them floor. The corners of the bathroom were black and you couldnt get them clean. Then there is the balcony the boards were loose and very unsafe. The stoop wasnt even connected all the way and was very unsafe my daughter went out there with my and my husband and almost fell and got hurt. One day I found my screen to my window outside in the grass because it wasnt properly sealed in the window. I found that very unsafe as to my dog could have jumped out of the window or bees or other bugs could have gotten in. Parking is also another problem I had nights where I would have to park way at the other side of the complex to get into my apartment. Overall I would say this place appears to be nice in the beginning but its nothing but a dump and the worst place Ive ever lived I cant wait to move out
