Hello, I moved here Sept of 08 and I didn't realize I was moving to HELL, the complex is in dire need maintenance and a change of maintenence has ocured since I moved here, On top of all things the manager asked me out on a date,(Dinner at her house). She is ruthless when it comes to collecting rent, when my financial situation brought me two weeks late on my rent, I was faced with a notice for eviction, the Mgr has given me her personal cell number, very unprofessional she has told me that she uses illegal aliens to paint the apartments because the owners are too cheap to use a painting service, the roofs are in need of reapir and shinges are coming off and there is a blue tarp that has been placed on one roof to stop the leaks, (photos are attached. Grounds are not kept up and weeds are growing in the winter snow removal has not been before you go to work so your walking in drifts to your car, I have just touched the surface, if you don't have to move to HELL then don't move here.

I actually got stuck in the snow Christmas Eve last year and couldn't get in to work because they hadn't plowed. I had to get on my hands and knees to pull the snow out from under my car and move it so that a neighbor could get out.
