parking is horrible with anymore than one car. they called the cops on me. Maintanance sucks. no noise and polite office staff. Very beautiful area, 2 minutes from lake.

I was maintenance, and I know first hand this place sucks. They dont pay bills for contractors, so any major jobs cannot get done.
