Office manager is not as nice as she appears at rental time. They want you to move in and a short time after you do they try to find ways to get you out. Manager must be on a commission. THE WAY THE LEASES ARE WRITEN IS ILLEAGEL. They state only the signer of the lease may occupy the apt. If you met someone and want them to stay or if an immediate family member moves in with you the office manager says you violated the lease and tries to kick you out. Other tentants are VERY nosey.
Landscaping in the front of the complex is maintained but when you get to the backside it's not as nice. A hill of mulch has been sitting in a open grass area for six months and this is not near maintenance bldg. Play area is'nt to safe and is located where most of the kids DO NOT live.
NO INSILLATION IN WALLS> APARTMENTS ARE FREZING IN THE WINTER.
Heating pipes rattle like crazy. AC is only in ONE room, you fry during the summer.
Still want to live here'' Don't do it you'll be sorry.
Maintence is OK but it takes some time to get the work done. Complex takes along time to get items needed. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
