Students live there, noisy, cocaine and booze parties are abundant, and the maintenance and cleaning services are something to wish for. Manager doesnt give a ----, she and her cohort get commission, move on in, get the hell out! Better places in Victor or Rochester, Canandaigua is the drug capitol of Ontario county.

We have lived here for 20 months and WE have never seen any problems with noise....loud parties...nor have we seen anyone useing drugs we have moved here from a country sitting and it has been a change for us living in an apartment sitting but enjoy our home here...if you think there are no drugs in Victor or Rochester you had better think again...they are every where these days
