Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
In the middle of the lease they decide to make tenants pay heat and water when it was free! They Stated that the tenats are abusing the environment and we have to pay now! They are very sneaky as soon as they get you to sign the lease they are trying to get you out. Very expenxsive to live here and even more now that we have to pay heat, water, trash, and sewer on top of the other utilities.
