I just moved in and so far I really enjoy it. The apartment had new carpet and paint when I moved in, and maintenance problems are taken care of without a wait. Parking is close (one spot per apartment, but visitor parking is about 10 ft further away), and it is convenient to get to anywhere in Canandaigua, Rochester, Geneva.. wherever- it is right next to routes 5 & 20. My only complaint is that the ceiling/floors are thin and you can hear everything that goes on with your upstairs neighbors. I would recommend this apartment complex.
