There is absolutely no insulation between floors and you can hear everything said and done by your neighbors. On top of that, our neighbors are rediculously noisy and too pathetic to make any sort of compromise. I made a complaint to management once and nothing changed. A week later I called to make another complaint and I was told they were just getting around to issuing a letter regarding my first complaint. When nothing changed after my second complaint, my wife called to issue our third complaint. We were told that they would do nothing more about the situation and that we would have to call the police. When my wife asked to speak to the office manager, she was told the manager was out of the office and that the manager would call us back. Needless to say, there was no returned call. From incompetent management to low-life neighbors, this has been an absolutely unacceptable place to live on all levels.
