This place is a dump!!!

First of all, the mold on the ceilings...EWW!!! There's mold, dirt, and grime all over the ceilings in here. Try to get it off it just grows back. YUCK!!!! There's also some scum in the shower.

Second of all parking is your worst nightmare....they dont make it clear how many cars/spaces you can have. So we have 2 cars so we used 2 spaces. They said we will get evicted if we do this again!!! Then again getting evicted at this place is a dream come true!!!! There are no lights to light it up and there were many times where people crashed coming home at night

Third of all rodents are present here. I havent seen rats or possums but mice love the place! We had a mouse hole in our room. I think there were 2 families of them in there! Call managament I thought. They said "We were aware of this! But we can't do anything about it." then they l iterally said "DEAL WITH IT. DONT BE B!TCHY. THEY WONT BITE".

There are drug deals going on in the backyard. The management knows about this and refuses to do anything about it.

THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES!!!!! You have to go to a laundramat. THERE ARE NONE IN THE AREA. We went to friend's house.

Speaking of that we slept at our friend's house most nights from July to August because the mice problem was growing and we spotted roaches and bedbugs.

There was a wet spot smelling like fish in our apartment from the people before us. The management did nothing.

Also, very noisy!!! My neighbors were college kids and they were drunk loud and a nightmare!! People next door were older...the walls were paper thin and we could even hear them!!!

We moved there in May of 2004 and finally moved out in October!!! WORST SUMMER EVER!!!

i agree what an awful place. we had a snake in our apartment! i moved there in january left in february. YUCKY PLACE.i heard they might be tearing it down THANK YOU!
