pretty much nothing that has been said in the previous reviews can be added to - this place is the worst i've lived in, and i've lived in four different states and 6 different previous apartments. the management should be ashamed, that is, if they gave a darn. they are completely indifferent to pleads of anything - noise from neighbors who (by the management's own admission) falsified their lease application regarding number of residents, rodent/pest infestation, appliance problems, etc. just terrible.

yes, of course problems arise at apartment complexes. but empire management (beware of them in the CNY area) are a bunch of crooks who let anyone who's got the bucks sign a lease and live there, as long as they've got the cash. just a terrible enterprise that should be closed down.

Just wanted to note that these apartments, (if you are speaking of the ones managed by Empire Management Company,Inc.) are not called Carriage Village Apartments. Our complex is called Carriage Garden Apartments. Just to avoid further confusion. Maria
