What a dump! This place is a dump!!!
First of all, the mold on the ceilings...EWW!!! There's mold, dirt, and grime all over the ceilings in here. Try to get it off it just grows back. YUCK!!!! There's also some scum in the shower.

The reviews here are all true...this place is terrible! As the other 2 reviews have stated, there are not words strong enough to voice my displeasure at Carriage Village. I've lived in 5 different apartment complexes, in 3 different states, and can honestly say this takes the cake

Don't even think about it! There is absolutely no insulation between floors and you can hear everything said and done by your neighbors. On top of that, our neighbors are rediculously noisy and too pathetic to make any sort of compromise. I made a complaint to management once and nothing
