This complex is an absolute joke! Previously owned by another management company that was 100% better, Hawthorne Court is a property filled with people with no respect for personal property, or care for their own lives.

Mailboxes get broken into, packages get stolen from your doorstep, buildings get vandalized, cars get vandalized, trash is everywhere on the property.

The Home Properties website shows this place as a wonderful place to live. It's not. Ambluance and Police car are always riding through here.

There is no assigned parking so it's a pain to find a spot after dark.

Security! Well aparantly it became to expensive becasuse we don't have night patrol anymore.

I moved in in the fall, and had no heat for most/all of the winter.

Projects never get completed, I had no siding on the side of my building from January to March...did I mention no access to my balcony either'

This place is not cheap either! Do not even bother to look at this place. Go Elsewhere! I wish I could move early!
