Aparently the leasing office has time in their busy day between the multiple meals they consume daily to write some AWESOME reviews of their place of work. Anyone who has half a brain knows that this place is an absolute dump!!!

And for those people who have a problem with others posting annonymously.. if you aren?t afraid of how GREAT this place is.. then why are "you" posting annonymously... perhaps you work for Home Properties..eh'

Hawthorne Court is by far a poor community. The property has been neglected for over 35 years, and Home Properties just wants to validate charging more for their barely passable apartments with on going remodeling.

Michael the property manager is a complete ass, he couldn?t care less about this place.

Balconies disapear for 2 to 4 months while the renovations go on.. they tell you it will take 4 to 5 weeks.

They don?t do enough to make you want to stay and I am leaving as soon as I possibly can.

Snow.. it?s plowed by the leasing office so well that you can lick the pavement. Elsewhere.. it?s like off-roading at Lake George.

Don?t bother to look at this place or bother if you want to laugh...the stories they tell as they escort you around the property make for funny conversations...

Remember what your parents told you.. You don?t get something for nothing..

Free Rent! Free Gifts! Why' They are obviously trying to fill apartments that they normally wouldn?t be able to fill. And with the average tennant living here only a year or 2 you know that this place is merely a dump.

Home Properties.. Hawthorne Court..They just don?t care.. so why should you support them.
