With over 400 apartment units in this compound. Parking is a nightmare. With the NUMBEROUS ABANDONED, UNREGISTERED, UNINSPECTED, BROKEN DOWN cars in the parking lot... There are 6 in my lot alone. It becomes impossible to park near your apartment. And you literally must hike to your building.
IDIOTS! are constantly parking around bends and curbs near the entrances, making it NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to get into the lots.
Security' He's around in a little electric/gokart/buggy. He's never around..
Endless construction for over 2 years now. Insane Hell! Can't wait to move.

the rents are ridiculous the grounds not kept up constantly being dug up noisy doors slamming crooked hallways walls floors miss a payment or late dont worry they keep adding the 500.oo legal fee so you never catch up and they make a fortune now you pay for water heat electric not worth it
