There is no good thing to tell about this apartment complex, except for the fact that it is close to train station.
The apartments are built very badly. If the neighbours walk, your floor will tremble. Even if you are sitting on the couch, you can feel that. No need to tell when someone runs/walk fast.
Parking is like Merry Go around. If you come later than 7.00pm you will not get parking. You have to park in other blocks and walk.
Management staff are not that friendly, except when you move in. After that you are on your own.
If it snows, that's it. You have to wait for the sunny days for the snow to melt. They dont clean and they don't put any salt on the walkways.
The rent is just too much for what you get.
