I have lived here for 6 months. We were promised so many things... like a brand new apartment. Well, that was a LIE!!! You get more of a response talking to a wall than talking to the leasing office or even the maintenance manager. They sit around, pretending to be busy when in fact, they are a bunch of jerk offs. They have not done anything for us here. They pretend to be your friend when you have a problem and they tell you it will be fixed. In fact, maintenance requests have gone unanswered. Our closet doors have been falling off the hinges since we moved in here. Not to mention the fact that we have roommates that do not pay rent (i.e. ROACHES!!!). We did not sign up for any of the grief we have received. When we came here, water was included in our rent and 3 months later... a bill for $60 was sent to us. In the lease we have 24 hour maintenance if there is an emergency. When we did not have a refrigerator or a stove, it took them a little over 3 days to get it here. We had to throw out some food because it had gone bad. We could have paid $1600 to rent a house and could have had less problems. If I had known then what I know now, I definitely would have moved elsewhere. The neighbors downstairs have no right being here. They are incredibly rude, loud, ignorant, direspectful... etc. There have been several complaints to the leasing office and once again, they have been ignored. When you look at the apartments, you think it would be a nice place to live but the reality is that they accept section 8 and a majority of the people on that are a bunch of low lives. Why are the people downstairs paying $300 for rent and I'm stuck paying more than triple the amount for the same thing' To anyone that is considering moving here, please think twice about signing the lease. They really try to take everything you have. They make up dollar amounts that you owe them, when in fact, they have no reason to charge you for anything. They do NOT care about what problems you have, they only care about how much money they are able to extract from your wallet.
