Caves of Afganistan would be better than this place. I have seen more Cop Action watching from my window or my balcony. The people who live there either can't afford anything else or stuck there like me. When I signed the lease, I was told this was a working family environment. LIES. The place is a real ghetto. The management....the only way to get their attention is to call regional office or better yet...let your lawyer do the talking. The porperty manager-Debbie Grimstad-Morris....good luck dealing with her. Homer Simpson is smarter than that lady.If there is something broken in your appartment....good luck. It takes weeks to fix it...and requires multiple calls to the office. In other words, it is a real dump.

DO NOT MOVE THERE EVER. IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA....DO NOT STOP TO LOOK. THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE AND ON THEFIRST NIGHT AT YOUR NEW PLACEU FIND OUT THE REAL DEAL.

I LIVE HERE WHEN I CALL THEY COME AND THE FIX WHATEVER IS BROKEN THE SAME DAY MY BUILDING IS VERY QUITE NO PROBLEM AND THERE IS NOT A LOT OF COP ACTION GOING ON THERE MY SIDE IT IS A WORKING ENVIRONMENT SO GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT
