This complex is a nightmare. Do not bother spending your money. The place takes forever to get to you on maintenance problems. There are drug dealers and prostitutes living and working in the apartments. When you bring this to the office manager's attention and ask to transfer or break your lease they tell you you have to pay a fee. No one returns phone calls unless you call 5 or 6 times. People have stolen everything from cars to headlights and broken into apartments in broad daylight. The security sits around at night and does nothing. The walkways are dark at night. Its just useless to spend money on this. you are better offin a nicer neighborhood spending less money.

i am reading nothing but bad posts from past tenants about the complex. anyone comments from people who live here currently?

Please don't move into this apartment complex. What they are says ing true....I moved in a month ago and there is ghetto people, no security, no intercoms (criminals from off the street can come right into your building and up to your door with no on even knowing. I even heard gun shots the other night. Not a great place if you have kids...there are criminals living throughout the complex and neighbors are so loud with music, televisions, and shouting you feel as though you live in one big room all together. Not recommended for the price they want you to pay!!! Run away far!!!

I Currently live at this complex. This is my third week living there and I am ready to move out. I've sent out a list of maintenance issues and still await for them to be fixed. Including the frame of my back door which is cracked as if some one had previously broken in to the place NOT GOOD!. The environment is not pleasant at all. Parking is ridiculous they claim we need to rotate parking every three days absurd!(in other words we can not park on the same parking spot for more then three consecutive days.)They also refuse to assign parking for residents. They want us to have parking tickets on our vehicles but many others do not. They have warned us that they will tow away any unauthorized parked vehicles but I wake up every morning seeing same cars with no parking tickets so were are they coming from, or who are they? I'm greatly unsatisfied with this complex.

I moved here in May and still live here. Will be moving out in october by paying a 500 dollar turnover fee. RUN AWAY FROM HERE. 1.) Crminals live here. I see 20 cars parked at the same place. 2.) u have to listen to ghetto music 24/7. It so loud that u can't sleep anytime. 3.) Extremely insecure. 4.) Drug dealers live here. 5.) Unhygienic. 6.) U can hear ppl move and talk in other apartment. No sound/noise insulation. 7.) Maintenance staff "looks" at ur request 2 weeks after u tell them.
