I liked it here

Even though the rent can be high, I'm willing to pay for it. The place is really nice and safer than the other areas that I've looked into. However, the laundry machines can be a bit pricey, $2.50 a load (wash and dryer). The noise isn't not that bad unless you live below someone who plays loud music and parties all night. The neighbors are friendly and courteous.
What I liked about the grounds are the ducks, sometimes there are deers that come through and the service of the staff. Many things that I've asked to be fixed or done usually gets done within a day.
Overall, being a UB student, it's a bit pricey, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
