I lived there for 2 years. The grassy surroundings were very nice. Maintenance was called right away when there was a problem. Although it took them 6 times to fix a runny and leaky toilet before they finally spent money and replaced it.

The floors are extremely squeaky. Had a problem with a heavy walker who lived above me. I mentioned it to the office several times and nothing was done.

Two months after moving in the entire building was evacuated because of a cockroach infestation. (Not to mention the one I found crawling on my ottoman)

The clientele is AWEFUL. Disrespectful, loud, and dirty.

Police were called several times to my building due to a couple who fought 24/7. It eventually accidentally spilled into my apartment. The rental office knew about this problem and after letting the ex-felon move back onto the property continued to harrass and fight with the tenant below me. This caused concern for me as well as the other tenants safety in the building. I complained to the rental office as well as the regional manager (Patrick Hannon) from the National Property Management. His reaction towards me regarding the issue was short, rude, and nonchalant. I asked to move out 1 month early (I was in my 11th month on the lease) because of the domestic disputes between the couple below me and for my safety, and was denied.

I ended up moving out early anyways and paying the last month on the lease.

Not to mention the police being called often to the building next door to me as well.

After my first year there they raised my rent $20/month. Same thing my 2nd year.

Overall, nice place, good maintenance, but poor customer service and yearly rent increases.

Squeaky floors I agree... and LOUD people it gets pretty bad there and there is nothing you can do about it. I left before my lease was up too.
