Been there, done that, do it again!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Lived there for a year from 03-04. I do agree with most that the rent is a bit on the higher side ($690)considering the location, but with lncluding everything even cable, I never had a house phone because I used cell phone, & I used A/C ALL the time& had high sped internet. So for about $800/mo, If you live on the 3rd floor as I did, it's well worth it.
I mean, you have a Freindly's Restaurant other side of fence, a pizza place next to it, Block Buster, dry cleaner & Subway across the street. KeyBank, almost across the street. Easy on/off the interstate if you go through the back way of the complex, the landscaping was WONDERFUL, and personally, I got along fantastically with the staff. Yes, apartments seem quite old, but once again, but depending on your lifesytl, if you work all the time & want to come home to relax, get a 3rd floor apartment in the 54, 55,or 56 bldgs. You'll be pleasantly happy.
