Unhelpful after break-in

Our apartment was broken into while we were away on vacation. We could not get home immediately, so the one and only thing I asked the staff to do was to make sure our windows were covered. Although they replaced the window that was broken, when we arrived home 5 days later we found that our miniblinds were left wide open, inviting anyone to take a look at what we had left. They did offer to change our locks, but that was little consolation considering our window was smashed to gain entry, our lock was not picked. We complained at the office about their negligience to perform this simple task, but never received a real apology or recognition that a mistake was made. If you decide to move to Edgebrook, DO NOT get a ground floor apartment if you value your possessions. Ours was even in the front of the building, but the burglar gained entry through a side window and neighbors said they didn't see or hear anything. Nice, huh'

Edgebrook Estates Management are most excellent staff people to meet. By the way, there is a gazebo that we should use for picnics inviting new tenants & Guy Michaels Rollin-Sound Karaoke for the summer lunch-hour singing from 11 A-4 P services.
