My husband and I have lived here for 7 months, they keep the place well kept, the grounds are beautiful, they plow and salt, my neighbors are friendly and I hardly hear them sometimes I forget that we live in an apt, the office staff are nice, considering the rent includes cable and heat i dont think it is too pricy, I dont do laundry here because i find it easier for me to go to the laundromat on williams ( only a 15 min walk away!) I never had a problme with parking, just be carfull of the occasional deer and the ducks! The only problem I would say is the mant, I had to call them three times, the first job i had to keep calling for a few weeks till the fixed it the second job the came the same day but a few months later had to redo it hnce the thrid job but the did come that day for that job too overall i can see us staying awhile
