I've lived here almost 2 years. I have the biggest layout, and currently it's $765 a month (it will be going up to $785 if I decide to renew). It is a lot of money for the small area that you get (Big Tree Apartments in OP start at 1000sq ft.. but less is included). It includes my basic cable and the gas heat and hot water. I haven't had ANY problems with my neighbors until about a month ago when new people moved in above us.. but they complain at the drop of a hat. They call the office on a Sunday at 2pm to complain that our radio is too loud and it's vibrating their floor. Our other neighbor is a cop, I asked him, he laughed and said nothing can be done, it's apartment living and we weren't being unrealistic. Everytime they call or complain, I laugh.. because my dvd player is hooked through my stereo.. and they never complain when the TV is on, and we listen to that louder then when we listen to the radio. They're unreasonable and many times have stated that they weren't sure how to get used to apartment living since they moved here from a house.
Other then that... no complaints.. they're pretty lenient as far as you get a week from the end of the month to pay the rent before it's late.. the grounds are beautiful.. the plowing in the winter kinda sucks, but there's a lot of cars here. It's pretty quiet in the building we live in. Some kids, (little ones), but we can hardly hear them... Maintenance is usually pretty quick.. the office staff is always nice at least...

Too bad it wasn't put there by the landlord.. and I didn't live in 65, that's the only option it gave me when I filled out the survey.. and you know... compared to other places I live.. this was a Hilton. I lived there for 3 and just left... only left cuz I bought a house... what now smartass?
