I have lived here for an year...well kept..good maintainance...they come in to fix the prob on the next day if not the same day of complaint...grounds are beautiful....maintainance regularly ploughs the snow in winters..usually 6am in the morning and then again in afternoon and evening..depending on snow buildup...we never had problems with going thru the winters...building pathways are regularly salted..
over all gr8 place to live...though a bit pricey
