A-hole downstairs thinks he's at a rock concert that all other tenants in the building also want to attend. Had to call the police on him twice, but the office manager does nothing. Squeaky floors and crappy rugs. Big kitchen is a plus. Not wild about the carpets. Landscaping is okay. Bigger-than-average living room and master bedroom allowed us to have some enjoyable swinger parties.
