I stayed in 2 different aptmts here.. my first lease ended and then I moved in with a friend. My 1 BBHK was about 750 sqft and liked it very much. The maintenance was prompt - my window seals had gotten old and had to be changed.. they did do it as soon as the winter reduced. I would say that you can feel the age of the apartments in the winter months.. but since heat is included in the rent, its not much of an issue..

parking is available... noise..hmm...depends on who are your neighbors. I havent had a bad experience here wrt the noise. the lawns are mown weekly, the staff is nice and affable.

overall - idyllic place very close to I90, and you have a big shopping mall, airport, gym, eateries, grocery stores and strip malls within a 3 mile radius..

pricing - i felt its a bit on the higher side... but given the rest, you might well feel its worth it.

i plan on living here with my youngest daughter and would like to know if it safe for her to ride her bike and to play outside. i would be outside with her of course. how is the neighborhood and the neighbors?
