We just moved in about 3 weeks ago, and are not impressed so far. Hours of the fitness center are approximately 8am-5pm so if you work forget about it. Fitness center is below average to begin with, the manager David Anthon told us we could get a key, but backed out on that statement and said they would be keeping it open til 8pm now for summer hours. Office management is unorganized and not true to their word thus far. Air conditioner is undersized and works poorly for our second floor apartment and it's 2 bedroom size. Pool not open til 2pm on a Saturday(today). Seems like nobody ever empties laundry trash basket. Their goal is 1/month to empty. Our carpet is old and faded with some stains and general apartment cleanliness, primarily in cupboards was very poor. Lease breakage fee is relatively reasonable(approx $350), and we may wish to break it in the future depending on our opinions over the next few months. Balcony is a perk, but windows are very old and don't open that well. Apt. rent of $725 includes heat and water. The best thing that makes this apt stand out is its very large storage areas, 8'x 8'.
