I agree with some of the comments I read about management backing out of things that they have verbally promised. We almost didn't sign a lease because of one of the women in the office. How unorganized and scatterbrained can one be' She kept renigging on things that she told us. HOWEVER, the interior of our apartment was VERY clean when we moved in. So far, we like our neighbors and the parking is plently ample. We reported a problem with the air conditioner and other minor repairs and someone has always responded within 24 hrs. There are people that like to wander and loiter around the grounds. The cops have been here several times picking up teens. I haven't witnessed or experienced any "crime" per say, but it's kind of unsettling to see the police here now and again. Like any affordable housing, there are great people here and not so classy people.. it's a mix.

I used to date a person in the garden village apts about four years ago and his apartment was very nice the grounds was kept up very nicely and it was very quiet then. He lived on the first floor but when his upper tenant would walk in certain areas of her apartment you could heard her, sometimes it was as if she was coming thur the floor. But never to say the least I loved the community.And I still feel the same atmosphere and freshness whenever I drive thur the garden village.
