Beware! Management will trick you into showing nicer areas of the apartment community. broken down park not maintained or repaired since years. occasional gunshots. apartments at the back have drug dealers and sexual offenders. People not at all screened properly. No sound proofing between apartments. and the most scary thing is after you migrate to another city. they will take away all your advance and bill you extra and bully you into legal action if you cannot pay!!
