This apartment is a toss up. I live on the middle floor and the apartment is very noisy. You can hear everything the people upstairs do, going to the bathroom, coughing, and even talking to each other. The parking here is horrible. There is not enough parking for all of the residents and people park anywhere. The apartments need a little work on the hallways. For the money you pay it is not really worth what you get. They are supposed to pay my electric and never would until the shut off notice came in the mail. Staff is nice. Maintenence is horrible, they will come to fix something and it will break less than a month later. Not a really good place to live.
