I moved here about 3 months ago. I have to say, the rent seems expensive, but all rent is that high in this area. Maintainence here is wonderful, and things get done in a timely manner. As for amenities, you can't always make the most of them. Computers are outdated, and crash most of the time. The washers are always breaking down, and I have to go to the community center to get my laundry done. Other than that, the weight room is nice, apartments are kept up well, my only complaint about the units is that the walls are paper thin. I can smell the cigars that my neighbor smokes, and I can hear the woman above me vacuuming all the time. All in all, this is an "ok" place to live...not terrible, but not exceptional.
