My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years. The apartment was not very updated (of course the model home always looks better). When we moved in there was damage done to the apartment that was poorly fixed and "covered up". The walls are paper thin and we can here the music below us and the baby crying next to us not too mention the odor from other people's apartments comes right into ours. We are on the top floor so I feel pretty bad for those tenants in the middle!!!

Maintenance is pretty good, however we did have mice on the third floor and the workers did not believe until we showed proof of the mice. Not very plesant. The washers and dryers are a scam, you have to put $3.00 into one very small load to dry it (I mean 2 towels and a shirt max) and when you put a request into maintenance to look into it they dismiss you.

The staff is not very friendly. Any time I have put a call into complain, they don't return your call until you contact the district manager of the complex, then they are annoyed with you.

There are no utility closets or storage space so you have to make do with what they give you.

The Rent goes up every year and you don't see anything going back into the apartments. In the summer the is a huge problem with bumble bees and they drill into the wood balcony and the only response from the staff is that it is summer what do you expect. They are supposed to spray for bees but I have yet to see that take place. The boat storage space is a desolate garbage dump with nothing but old junk cars and peoples dead car batteries etc.

There is no security and anyone is able to get into each building and roam.

Overall, I would suggest KEEP LOOKING. There is definately somewhere better than this hell.
