Nice apartment!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have lived in Idylwood Apartments for 1 year now and it has been very nice. Maintenance usually comes by quickly when there is a problem and the people who work in the main office are very nice.
The only comlaint I have is that the basement apartments have a lot of bugs.
Also, rent will usually increase each year.
Other than that, great place to live!!
