this is the worst place. Maintenance mostly refuses to fix anything. Trash all over. Grass goes over a month with out cutting most of the time. Washer and dryers hardly work. Apartments are way outdated, don't be fooled by the model apt. It looks nothing like what you will get. Gas is supposed to be included but the gas company is sending letters out to residents that the Owners are not paying the bill and they are going to cut off the gas. Also I know one of the office workers who told me that the lawn people aren't being paid, the carpet cleaning people aren't being paid and so on. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! Benn asking for 2 years for maintenance to fix things around the building with no results. Just find some place else to live
