Very spacious. Uppers can hear alot from below. New managment pretty much sucks. Get 2 different stories on subjects sometimes. Poor windows that are drafty and cold spots in the floor. Shotty work is done for repairs, and usually take a long time to get done. In the winter the plowing sucks and walkways are rarely cleared. The garden level windows seem to get a pile of snow pilied in front of them. Thats pretty much a flood waiting ro happen in the spring time. Not to mention the basement floods when there is alot of rain or snow thaw.
