Maintenance work is poor. Painting workmanship is terrible. Window insulation is bad. Lighting in parking lot is very insufficient. Dumpsters are overflowing all the time. Skunk problem in area. Grounds are unkept. No fan in bathroom, moisture build up on walls and celings causes paint and mold damage.
