Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Very bad workmanship on everything from painting to repairs. Management is unfriendly and rude. Ants are a constant problem. Parking lot is hardly ever plowed in the winter. Grounds are in horrible conditon, dumpsters are always over filled and never emptied in a reasonable manner.
