Very quiet area, grounds are well kept and snow removal ie good. Well lighted on the outside and in. Maintenance has always responded qiuckly to any problem. Staff is friendly and some go out of their way to help. The common areas are kept neat.All in all it's a great place to live.

you neighbours cooks something you entire apartment smells like grease! Also some of the people in my building smoke weed and constantly stink up te entire hallway which cones into OUR appartment

Happy @ Edgebrook Estates for 29 years! We moved here when they were first buildt and we never left.
Courteous, fast, great service from the office and maintenance staff.
The community is beautiful and we love the settings.
The locations is close for anything our family needs.

Safe and Reasonable Apts These are pretty reasonable apartments for the given price which includes heat.
The most important feature i liked is covered parking which directly enters into the apartment.
We saw a lot of apts before choosing these apts. We spoke with many people who were living there

very nice place I have lived at Idylwood for four years and in the time that I lived there is was nice. The office staff was nice. Everytime I had a maintenance issue they were there to fix it. The grounds were very well kept. The pool in the summer was a great place to relax. I will miss living
