The only good points about this apartment complex were that the grounds were taken care of constantly and the rooms are quite large. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The management was rude and did not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. A simple conversation always erupted into an argument.

The walls cracked from too much heat, the linoleum floors peeled, the deck was rotting and the faucets leaked. In addition to the heat, it is always on and you cannot control it. In the wintertime you have to open your windows in order to sleep properly.

Don't even think about leaving without cleaning underneath the stove's protective covering; a place where I never even knew about. Our floor needed to be re-grouted before we could got our security deposit back. There was nothing wrong with the floor except that they wanted someone else to do the work. To say the least they are extremely picky when it comes to leaving and giving you your money back.

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. You pay too much and only get a headache!
