These apartments are nice if you know how to live

The people who wrote negative things about Knollcrest either got evicted or cant afford the rent. The fact is is that the units are given with good clean, if not new than no more than 3 year old appliances, the carpets if not new are steam cleaned, and are in very good condition, the apartments are given in clean, move in condition.As of 10/03 all the hallways have new carpets installed and new front doors on buildings and all the hallways have been freshly painted. The ground are nice except for my neighbors who refuse to pick up the pet waste after their mongrols. Some tenants have problems with the rules.
