These apartments are very old, however they are nice and big. The rent is very high and goes up every year and things that need to be replaced in the apartments (cabinets, floors, countertops, etc)don't get replaced or fixed. The number one thing that needs replacing is the superintendent and his wife. They do not portray a good image for Knollcrest at all. They are very rude to the residents and speak with vulgar language. You'll be sure to hear them arguing on any given day if your window is open. They have no sense of professionalism. The management knows this and continues to do nothing about it because they keep the grounds "neat". It's a shame that the management does not get rid of these two. They really give Knollcrest a bad name.
