How many people think John wrote the one good review' Our experience has been similar to all the others. The guy with the heat issue is dead on, but if you live on the first floor and like to keep your windows closed then count on a high electric bill to keep the AC in -15 degree weather! Oh and if it breaks, you are only guaranteed that a working one will be in place when you move in. After that you have to buy it!
We also had an issue with the pet fee similar to previous posts. Ridiculous I say!
The rooms were large, but the carpet I think had been there for more than a few years. The molding was coming up and I kept stubbing my toes on nails. The superintendent was rude 9 times out of 10, and when he wasn't rude he wanted something. He even told me I couldn't work on my car in the parking lot when I was checking my fluids before a long trip. What'!'
Ok, I could go on for days, but I think you get the gist.
