RUN...RUN LIKE THE WIND. CONSIDER THIS WARNING BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE. READ IT CAREFULLY...LOOK AT THE FEES CHARGED FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHNG $$$$$! APARTMENTS HAVEN'T BEEN RENOVATED SINCE THEY WERE BUILT IN THE 70'S AND HAVE THE WORST BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS(APPLIANCES HAVE BEEN REPLACED). GOD HELP YOU IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PET. I CAN SEE A $500 DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES BUT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT COME ON, PLUS $50 ADDITIONAL RENT PER MONTH. TELL ME, IF I HAVE A CHILD DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT TOO ''' ****ONLY PLUS...SUPER IS SUPER !
