A far cry from luxurious
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 10/23/2002
Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The apartment is filled with bottom of the line material from cheap blinds that break when you touch them to linoleum tiles in the kithchen that lift off the floor. Cheap, flat, paint that the apartment was painted with continually cracks and peels off the walls and doors. Nail heads are exposed, the windows leak when it rains, the outside balcony is falling apart, and the dishwasher is old and rusty (literally). The bathroom sink continually leaks and the pipes under the kitchen sink leaks and causes water damage to the cabinet below, which attracts bugs. When problems are reported. they are very rarely taken care of. The response is you're not the only tenants. Unlike the advertisement for Knollcrest Apartments, there is no playground for the children. If you notice in the ad online, it only shows the outside of the complex, not the inside. This is because more money is spent on the landscaping rather than on the problems that occur inside the apartments. In my oppinion, Knollcrest apartments is far cry from luxury, as displayed on the sign in the entrance of the complex.
