I have rented in multiple places, but none come close to the horror of Knollcrest. The manager and the super Ray do nothing. He can never fix anything. He will tell you that it will be done and months go by and nothing is done. Just a big moran! Also, there are dog breed restrictions in the rules, however there is a guy with 2 pitbulls and the manager says nothing. I have children, and if that dogs bites them, I will have a law suit against Knollcrest at no time.
